Pollution monitoring results
We collect pollution monitoring data as required under the Environment Protection Licences (EPLs) issued by the NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA).
Water supply has been restored to our customers, however some may experience low pressure. If issues persist, please call our team on 1300 657 000. As a precaution, it is advised people avoid swimming in beaches (including ocean baths) and waterways for at least two days after heavy rain.

The main measures of performance relate to biochemical oxygen demand, total suspended solids, pH, grease, total nitrogen, ammonia, total Phosphorus and thermotolerant coliforms specified in the licence for each plant.
