Update your details

We appreciate you providing us with important, up-to-date information about your account.

Log into My Account and go to the ‘Details’ tab to update the account email address, mobile number and postal address.

In My Account, you can also:

  • update how you receive your bill and other notifications from Hunter Water
  • check your account balance
  • pay a bill
  • set up direct debit
  • get a payment extension.

It’s quick and easy to register for My Account.

If you manage a property's account, please complete our Managing Agent Request form.

What to do when a property owner passes away

If you've lost a loved one recently, we understand it's a difficult and emotional time for all. We will be notified by the Australian Death Notification Service if they have been notified. You can also contact us directly.
