Get a copy of your bill

View, print and download copies of your bill in My Account anytime, anywhere.

My Account provides access to your latest Hunter Water bill and up to 2 years of payment and billing history.

Log into My Account and go to the ‘Bills’ tab to view your bills.

In My Account, you can also:

  • check your account balance
  • pay a bill
  • update your details
  • set up direct debit (including Easy Pay)
  • get a payment extension.

Do you manage a property’s account?

Use the ‘Managing Agent Request form’ if you are a managing agent, real estate or strata manager.

You need details from your bill to register for My Account.
