Request a payment extension
If you need more time to pay your bill, we can extend the date your bill is due to be paid.
Log into My Account and request a payment extension on the ‘Pay options’ tab.
The extension will hold collection or restriction action to the property. If you don’t pay your bill once the extension has expired, collection action will start.
In My Account, you can also:
- check your account balance
- pay a bill
- update your details
- set up direct debit.
It’s quick and easy to register for My Account.
If you need help setting up a payment extension, call us on 1300 657 657 (8am - 5pm weekdays) and select ‘request a payment extension’ option, or select the ‘speak to a member of our team’ option.
