Customer and community surveys

As an essential service provider it's important we understand how we're performing against customer and community expectations.

That's why we run regular customer and community feedback surveys asking people several questions about how they think we're doing. The surveys are conducted by a third-party on our behalf and you may receive an invitation to participate via email of SMS.

The anonymous results help us gauge how our customers and community perceive us and will give us an understanding of where we're doing well and where we can improve.

The surveys are conducted by a third party on our behalf, and the call will take about two minutes.

Survey competition

We conduct regular surveys to monitor customer experience. Customers who are invited to participate, and complete a survey, are eligible to participate in a ‘lucky door’ prize draw to win a $100 gift card. You must opt in and provide your contact details also. Prizes are drawn each month.
