Dial before you dig

Before undertaking any excavation works, it's important that you check for underground pipes and cable networks that could be in the area.

Before you excavate a site

  1. Visit Dial Before You Dig Australia and lodge your enquiry online.
  2. If you are not registered, you will need to do this.
  3. Once registered, you will need to provide details of your project, including start and expected completion date, type of work and the location of your project.
  4. This will allow Dial Before You Dig to provide you with the correct information to suit your project.

What you will receive

You will receive one free A4 print (or electronic equivalent) showing our underground services at the site you're excavating (if applicable). Additional copies or larger plans will be charged at approved prices. Contact us if you require more information.
