Preliminary servicing advice provides general information about the water and sewer issues relevant to the proposal, and helps determine whether a Developer servicing strategy will be required.

Developer Servicing Strategy

Hunter Water will inform you if a Developer Servicing Strategy is required through either Preliminary Servicing Advice or Notice of Requirements letter. Find our how to prepare a strategy here.

Subdividing Land
