The My Applications section is where you can log, view and manage your applications.
You can view the status of your application:
Draft applications
- Applications that you are currently working on will sit in the draft application section.
- You can come back to these applications at any time to complete and submit and also delete any applications in draft that you no longer require.
- Once your draft application has been submitted and payment has been made, you will no longer be able to cancel or delete your application.
Pending Applications
- If we have completed an initial assessment of your application and require further information or documentation, it will be returned to your ‘Pending Applications’ section.
- You will receive an email to advise of further requirements and these can be uploaded through your portal.
- When you click the Respond button we will tell you what is missing or required from your application.
- You can then simply upload the required documentation by dragging and dropping your attachment, or alternatively using the browse computer feature, select the document type and hit the submit button.
- Add a comment in the ‘Your Response section’.
- Once submitted the documents will be sent back to our team for review.
Applications with Hunter Water
Any submitted applications that are with Hunter Water will be displayed in this section.
- Received – awaiting assessment: Your application has been submitted and awaiting assessment.
- Under Assessment: Your application is now being assessed.
As a reminder, the following are likely assessment times for each application:
- Build Plan Stamping 3 business days (unless otherwise advised)
- Build Over Asset 15 days
- Development Assessment 30 days
- Hydraulic design and technical assessment 20 days (complex applications may be longer)
- Connection application 3 days
Assessed Applications
- Once your application has been submitted successfully and has been assessed by our team, your application will then be displayed in the ‘Assessed Applications’ section of the ‘My Applications’ page.
- Here you will be able to access and retrieve all of your assessed applications, stamped plans, certificates, letters and assessments.
- Click the ‘respond’ button to review your requirements and respond to our team via the portal, uploading any required documentation (such as your Council consent).
Email Notification
You will receive an email confirming the successful submission of your application which includes a link to the application in your portal.
As your application progresses the status will be updated in the portal.
