Life's busy and mistakes happen - like accidentally paying the same bill twice, making a payment to the wrong account or realising you're in credit.

When this happens, we’re here to help. Refunds are processed via direct deposit to your bank account; credit card refunds are not available. Have a bank statement or screen shot of the payment transactions ready to submit with your request below.

Are you selling your property?

If you’re selling your property, any credit on your Hunter Water account will be refunded through your settlement adjustment. Refunds can't be processed separately during this time. For questions about the settlement adjustment, please contact your conveyancer.

As per our Privacy Statement, the personal information we collect in this form is used to deliver you our services, which includes processing an account refund as requested.
