Customer Contract

What many people may not realise is that when they become a customer of Hunter Water they enter into a Customer Contract with us.

The Customer Contract provides the terms under which we provide, where available, water supply, sewerage, trade wastewater and stormwater drainage services to you. The contract also sets out rights and obligations of both parties including your rights in any dispute with us.

The contract is a legally enforceable document and is a requirement of the Hunter Water Act
