Your Hunter Water Billing Cycle

As a Hunter Water customer, you will receive three accounts each year, each one covering a period of four months. The two main items on your Hunter Water account are service and usage charges. 

The three Hunter Water billing cycles are:

  • 1 July to 31 October
  • 1 November to 28 February
  • 1 March to 30 June
