Hunter Water is a community organisation, and it's therefore important we understand how we're performing against community expectations. That's why we're trialing a monthly telephone survey with a short, automated call asking people several questions about how they think Hunter Water is doing.
The anonymous results will help us gauge how our community perceives us and will give us an understanding of where we're doing well and where we can improve. The information will be combined with other research and consultation to help us deliver better outcomes for our region.
The surveys are conducted by a third party on behalf of Hunter Water, and the call will take about 2 minutes.
