'Have Your Say' Customer Panel

Hunter Water is asking residential and business customers alike to volunteer to become part of its customer panel. As part of the panel, you'll be asked to provide your views through online surveys throughout the year.

Usually, a survey will take about 10 to 15 minutes and your answers will remain confidential.

Anyone can apply as long as you live in the Lower Hunter Region and use Hunter Water’s water in any way - like drink it, have a bath or shower in it or use it in your business.

Topics will vary and could include such things as Hunter Water’s image in the community, how you contact Hunter Water when you have an enquiry, your views on pricing or Hunter Water’s environmental management.

If you are selected to be part of the panel, you can choose to remove your contact details at any time. If you do not want to answer a particular question, you do not have to - it is entirely up to you.
